Smart Park Project Background
Fraser Bio Valley Incubator (PharmaPlanter Hatchery, referred to as the incubator) is jointly initiated by PharmaPlanter Technologies and the Biotech Alliance of Pan Pacific (BioAPP), with biotechnology and related supporting facilities. Service-oriented, it is the only incubator in Western Canada with a pharmaceutical CRO R&D platform.
The incubator is located in the Glenlyon Industrial Park south of Burnaby, Vancouver, Canada, facing the beautiful and peaceful Fraser River. Based on PharmaPlanter's biotechnology platform, the incubator provides each resident company with nearly 6,000 square feet of biological laboratory and animal laboratory R&D platform, as well as 3,500 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of warehousing space.
As a large-scale park in Vancouver, Canada, PharmaPlanet Bioindustry Incubation Farm faces the urgent need to improve the efficiency of SaaS CRM community management, optimize the community management OA system, and enhance user experience and environmental sustainability through the development of mobile property management software. Currently, the PharmaPlanet Bioindustry Incubation Farm in Vancouver, Canada has many facilities, dense traffic, and complex business. Traditional management methods can no longer meet the requirements of efficient operations. Therefore, the construction of a smart park system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) technology is imperative.
In June 2022, by chance, the operation management of PharmaPlanet Bioindustry Incubation Farm learned that the technical team of Gallop World IT had experience in managing industrial parks and industrial parks for the Internet of Things. After full understanding and communication, in October 2022, the operation management of PharmaPlanet Bioindustry Incubation Farm trusted the Gallop World IT team to complete the park information construction improvement project. Through the construction of the smart IoT platform, it has established equipment access standards for the park and achieved unified management of all-scenario equipment in the park through the smart management platform.
The PharmaPlanter Hatchery Smart Park has realized the implementation of the application needs of various departments based on mobile property owner software and SaaS property management system, as well as cross-scenario applications and linkage, through the application of the middle platform, scenario center, and smart access, property management mobile applications, property inspection software, property complaint software and other applications, which can effectively assist customers in building cross-scenario application services.
